As you step into your fourth trimester, I will walk beside you to provide physical and emotional support, nurturing guidance, and information as you adjust to your new little one.

I can serve as a compassionate ear to listen, assist you in achieving your self-care goals during this significant postpartum period, help with meal preparation and nutritious snacks, manage light household tasks, offer insights on baby care, or simply provide an extra set of eyes on your baby while you rest.

Wherever you find yourself in this journey, you have my unwavering support. My focus remains firmly on what matters most: your well-being.

    Mytala has been a huge part of our family in raising our three young boys. She started helping us when our middle son was just a few months old, and made life so much easier with help.     Mytala supported me after the birth of my fifth baby, and it was such a gift to have her! She is so thoughtful and intentional, asking questions and ready to help wherever needed. She even brought me a little gift box with treats, which made me feel so loved. She is wonderful with children, as she is an experienced educator, and made my big kids feel special and loved in this time, as well. We are so grateful for her loving service to our family and highly recommend that everyone hire a postpartum doula (but definitely hire Mytala if you can)!

    We first met Mytala through someone at our church who recommended her as a babysitter. We were having trouble finding good sitters for our 3 kids who were 6, 8 & 10 at the time. Mytala’s joyful attitude, positive energy and kindness shine bright in everything she does. She is a believer and follower of Christ which was very important to us. I have also worked in the children’s ministry with her at our church and I love seeing her excitement and joy to see the  kids every Sunday. Mytala is a hard worker and will fulfill her duties and then some because that’s just who she is.
